Realme 5i appears on GeekBench, Snapdragon 665 AIE confirmed

We now know everything about the now upcoming Realme 5i of the Oppo sub-brand thanks to several leaks from the previous weeks, but none of this information had ever been confirmed. Today, however, the first confirmation arrives, albeit unofficially, regarding one of the most important components on a smartphone: the processor.

Thanks to a benchmark on the famous GeekBench platform, we can therefore confirm almost with absolute certainty which chipset we will find on board the Realme 5i. The smartphone with model name Realme RMX2030 seems to equip the excellent Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 AIE, capable of obtaining 1543 points in single-core mode and 5602 points in multi-core mode on Geekbench 4. While with the GeekBench benchmark in the fifth version , the smartphone got 314 in single-core and 1389 in multi-core.

Also from the benchmark we can also understand that the smartphone will equip 4GB of RAM (or that at least there will be this option) and that it will run with Android 9 Pie, probably with the skin of ColorOS 6.

As for the other specifications, thanks to yesterday's leak on a Vietnamese store, we already know that the Realme 5i adopts a 6,52-inch diagonal screen, with a resolution of 720 x 1600, therefore HD +.

While from the photographic point of view we should find no less than four cameras on the device. Specifically, we find a 12MP main sensor, an 8MP secondary sensor, a 2MP third and a 2MP quarter. In front, for selfies, we have an 8MP camera instead.

The smartphone should then equip a large 5000mAh battery and a fingerprint sensor on the back.

Finally, as for color and price. The Realme mid-ranger will be available in Green and Blue coloring, with a price of around 165 euros (without considering import costs etc ..). In any case, the official presentation has already been set for January 6, so there are very few days left to have all the confirmations.
