This afternoon, the Chinese smartphone maker Nubia officially launched the new one Nubia Z50 Ultra Photographer Edition. The smartphone will officially go on sale at 20:00 on May 31st.

Ni Fei, president of Nubia, said the Nubia Z50 Ultra Photographer Edition comes with two cameras with focal length of 35mm and 85mm, which allows users to explore the world with two lenses to take perfect photos in different scenarios.
Nubia President Ni Fei also recalled the Chinese saying: "the lower class crushes people to death." Explaining that cell phone photography is not a multiple choice question, there is no standard answer, but a precise calculation question.
He also stated that photography is a systemic problem. Behind an excellent job there is the result of a balanced coordination and the joint action of many factors such as focal length, aperture, aperture, pixel and sensor. What Nubia is trying to find is the "sweet spot", in the process of decreasing artifacts, to find a precise equation that is infinitely close to the upper limit.
Going a bit more into the specs, the Nubia Z50 Ultra Photographer Edition uses a combination of 35mm and 85mm dual focus segments, customizing the industry's first 85-megapixel 64mm periscopic telephoto lens, with a 1/2-inch sensor and OIS optical image stabilization function support. This means that even with a longer distance, we will have a high-definition shooting effect, natural portrait blur effect and easier composition.
In terms of performance, the Nubia Z50 Ultra features the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor, which uses TSMC's 4nm process. The main frequency of the large core reaches 3,2GHz, and the performance of GPU and AI is greatly improved. We then find UFS4.0 flash memory and LPDDR5X RAM.
As for the price, the Z50 Ultra Photographer Edition starts at 4799 yuan (630 euros), for the version with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal memory. There will be two color options: black coffee and khaki.
