The Xiaomi sub-brand dedicated to smartwatches, Huami, seems increasingly faster in getting the new products presented in China also in Italy and in the rest of the world. In fact, only two weeks from launch in the Asian country, today the Global version of the Amazfit GTR is made official.

Official Amazfit GTR in Italy: Now in presale at 149.99 €
The Amazfit GTR is the smartwatch that more than any other can bring both a classic design and the features that make it an excellent training partner. The smartwatch is available in two versions, with case from 47.2 mm and 42.6 mm, so it will be fine for both men and women (not that men cannot prefer the more compact version). In both cases, however, we have an AMOLED type display with size 1,39 inches and 454 x 454 resolution for the 47.2mm, while the one from 42.6mm equips an 1,20 inch screen and 390 x 390 resolution.
The display is then surrounded by a steel ring, while the strap is in leather on the outside for a more refined look with the silicone interior for a more comfortable experience during sports activities.
Huami also started a Swarovski cooperation that led to the creation of the Glitter Edition. That is a version of the Amazfit GTR with 60 Swarovski diamonds set along the aluminum ring. The Glitter Edition is available for the 42.6mm version and offers a range of 12 days and water resistance up to 5 ATM.
Remaining on the question of autonomy, the 47.2mm version boasts instead an autonomy of well 24 days with a single charge and with a “typical” use, 74 days in watch only mode and 40 hours with GPS always active.
Among the sensors on board the smartwatch we find an accelerometer at 6 axes that will come in handy during our training sessions. In fact, the sensor helps monitor the various activities carried out, which can be of 12 types including running outdoors, swimming in the pool, cycling and more. There is also the dual GPS + GLONASS module that will allow a more faithful tracking of our routes.
Also for sport (but not only) we then have the integrated Biotracker PPG module to be able to check your heart rate at all times, check the quality and duration of sleep. Everything can then be viewed on the companion app, or that of Amazfit available on Play Store and App Store.
The Amazfit GTR will initially be available only in the variant from 47.2 mm in diameter in advance on the official website of Amazfit at a price of 149.99 Euro, while the availability of the Lite and 42.6 mm versions will be revealed in the coming weeks.
