Amazfit GTS 2 Mini is updated: support for Alexa arrives

Last January 10th Amazfit GTS 2 Mini finally made its debut in Italy, extending the already long catalog of series 2 models. Ultimately, the Huami wearable devices that are available in Italy are: GTS 2e, GTR 2e, Mini e standard. Four smartwatches that, in their own way, go to satisfy each group of users. Today, thanks to the latest update received by the Mini, the support for Amazon Alexa digital assistant. So let's recap the specifications of the device and how to get the feature.

For the time being, as reported by members of XDA Developers, the update for Amazfit GTS 2 Mini is being released in India. However, it is not excluded that soon we in Italy will receive it too. It is therefore the update with build number 1.0.2.31. To update the device with Alexa, when the OTA arrives in Italy, just follow these simple steps:

update the Zepp application
pair the smartphone to the smartwatch via Bluetooth
update the smartwatch to the firmware version above
restart the device (automatically)
when you turn it back on, look in the Alexa settings and turn it on.
