Although the Mi MAX 2 has been released for a long time and has already been implemented Android Nougat, the same could not be said of Xiaomi's original phablet. The We MAX, in fact, was still stuck at Marshmallow but ... is coming a rollout all for him!
Official release of China Stable and Global Stable 8.5.1!
As it appeared on both the Greek Facebook group dedicated to Mi MAX and the official Xiaomi forum, the Mi MAX has been upgraded to Nougat with a number of important news that encloses all the fixes and innovations that China's developer owners and Global Beta have seen coming from week to week.
In addition to the update of the operating system, the new releases implement an improvement in the management of the CPU, the security patch of May and some features related to the app that you can discover directly.
As you have noticed, we have specified that it is exclusively of an update for the Xiaomi Mi MAX Prime and the reason is simple: 3GB / 32GB releases have been experiencing touch-screen problems that forced Xiaomi developers to suspend their rollout.
In fact, on the official forum you will find only the download links for the Mi MAX Prime ROMs which, for ease of use, are as follows:
Download Global Stable 8.5.1 for Mi MAX Prime (Recovery / Updater version zip) Download China Stable 8.5.1 for Mi MAX Prime (Recovery / Updater version zip) Download China Stable 8.5.1 for Mi MAX Prime (Fastboot version)However, here are the screenshots that explain in detail all the novelties of this update that seems to be really full!
And have you already received the update from your Updater app? We remind you that you can upgrade manually without unlocking the bootloader if you have a stable or stable China ROM directly from your Updater app after downloading the ROM in Recovery!
Good update to everyone!
I look forward to nougat for the known 3 pro rumors but I would be happy about nougat sources for my max having virtually the same hardware would improve the lineageos for the 3 pro notebooks.
