After presenting the Black Shark 3 in its global version a few days ago, the Xiaomi sub-brand has today decided to launch a new variant of the device dedicated to gamers. We welcome the new Black Shark 3 Pro Chinese Player Edition.
Black Shark 3 Pro Chinese Player Edition presented in China
Well, let's start by specifying that the only differences compared to the basic Black Shark 3 Pro are on an aesthetic level, and even there we don't see many of them. In particular, we have a writing on the rear body at the bottom and in red which says "Chinese Player". So nothing transcendental and that honestly amazes us for simplicity. Does it have a deeper meaning than it seems? If we find out, we will let you know!
As for the specifications, the smartphone is therefore identical to the 3 Pro released in March. This means that we find a large 7,1-inch diagonal display, 2k + (3120 × 1440) resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and 270Hz touch frequency. We also have support for MEMC motion compensation, the functionality to accurately press multiple buttons on the screen (version 3.0), a 10-bit color depth, HDR10 + certification and the DC functionality to reduce low-brightness flicker. In terms of color accuracy, however, there is a Delta E lower than 1 and a JNCD lower than 0,55, so let's talk about a screen with more than accurate colors.
The rest of the hardware includes the high-performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 coupled with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS3.0 internal memory. We then have support for next-generation 5G connectivity and WiFi 6. While everything is powered by a large 5000mAh battery that can be recharged at the incredible power of 65W.
Finally, for prices, the Black Shark 3 Pro Chinese Player Edition will be sold in China at 5099 Yuan, or about 660 euros.
