And nothing, as you read from the title, looks like the company POCO does not want to offer anything new on the market except a series of smartphone rebrands of the Redmi brand. We have seen it with the X2 model and then with the top of the range POCO F2 Pro, of which you can read the review clicking here, to then conclude the "cloning" work with the M2 Pro model. In short, a real line up of smartphones made up of embarrassing copies of Redmi devices and I say embarrassing not because these are badly built or have poco to offer but for the fact that I do not conceive such a marketing policy.
And so in order not to miss anything, POCO has decided to try his hand also in the entry level range, with a rebrand of Redmi 9C, at least judging the certification obtained in these hours relating to the M2006C3MI model.
Certified on POCO M2006C3MI: here we go again with yet another rebrand but this time of an entry level
There are actually two certifications that suggest yet another rebrand by POCO which this time would have targeted the Redmi 9C model, in fact the initials M2006C3MI is identical to that of the low budget branded Redmi, if not for the last final letter. Therefore, the new entry level copied, will have a MediaTek Helio G35 processor, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of expandable internal storage.
The photographic sector will therefore consist of a triple lens with an ultra-wide lens and depth of field sensor, while the display will be a modest 6,53-inch LCD in Full HD + resolution.
At the moment, ours are just guesses about the rebrand by POCO and nothing official and definitive has come, but following the logic that accompanied the latest creations from the Indian brand, we can only reach these conclusions. Definitely the line up of POCO it expands but what is lacking is innovation and its own identity, which will perhaps be annihilated by competing brands if the company's marketing continues to follow this path.
