Today it was announced CMF Phone 1, the first smartphone from the sub-brand of Nothing. Before the launch, key details of the device had already emerged, which presents itself as an economical offer with interesting specifications and features: let's find out more.

The CMF Phone 1 is equipped with a 6,67-inch sAMOLED display integrated with a fingerprint reader. The display offers an FHD+ resolution, one 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 2.000 nits and HDR10+ support.
The design of the Phone 1 is one of the most interesting aspects of the device. It features a pill-shaped rear camera module in the top left corner, which is silver in color. The power and volume buttons are located on the right and left sides respectively. All sides of the back panel of the smartphone have four screws located at the edges. With the help of the included screwdriver, users can change the back cover, available in Light Green, Blue and Orange shades. The last two colors feature a leather finish. Additionally, there's CMF's signature circular dial in the lower right corner of the back panel, which can be unscrewed to add accessories like a phone holder, lanyard, or card holder.
Under the hood, the CMF Phone 1 houses the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor. It is offered in options from 6GB and 8GB of RAM, along with virtual RAM. Both variants feature 128GB of internal memory. The smartphone is powered by a battery 5000mAh with support for the quick charge from 33W. On a software level, it comes with Android 14 with Nothing OS 2.6.
On the optics front, the CMF Phone 1 comes with a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a secondary lens for portraits. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera. The device is capable of recording videos in 4K at 30 fps. Additionally, there is Ultra XDR, developed in collaboration with Google, to improve photography in low-light environments.
