In an increasingly connected world, it is common to use tracking devices to keep track of our personal items but also of pets, such as a dog. Among the most well-known tracking devices, we undoubtedly find the Apple AirTag, which in some aspects also “works” with the Google operating system, but today I do not want to talk to you directly about the AirTag and its functions, but about how to protect it and not lose it, considering its very small size and the ease with which it scratches.
I would therefore like to bring to your attention a protective case for AirTag, from the PROfezzion brand, which at a cost of only €7,99 offers many goodies and uses, allowing it to be used with key rings, suitcases, animal collars and much more. The gadget is available on Amazon in 7 different colors (orange, white, light blue, yellow, black, pink, red) but also in bundles of 2 or 4, in this case only in black.
For a very small price, the PROfezzion AirTag case offers a very rich equipment and a decidedly robust and at times rugged look. Inside the sales box we find two transparent films to apply to the surface of the AirTag but also a small screwdriver to remove the 4 screws that hold the structure anchored and if you lose one or more, in the package you also have a complete replacement of 4 additional screws.
There is also a 2mm thick metal cord, which allows you to anchor the gadget to a shoulder strap of a bag or to the zipper of a backpack, but also to the metal structure of a suitcase, so that it can no longer be removed and therefore a potential thief will not be able to easily remove the Airtag unless he unscrews the screws with the screwdriver provided, since the tip is hexagonal and therefore non-standard.
There is also the possibility of using this case, with a rugged appearance but a tender heart as it offers a velvet cushion that cuddles and protects the AirTag from scratches once inserted, as a keychain counting on the provision of a quick release ring or the classic serpentine ring. A tag is also included to record personal contact information so that if you lose the object to which you have attached the AirTag, maybe some honest user can contact you.
The weight is only 10,4 grams, the thickness is 8,9mm, width 40mm and height 90,1mm if you use the metal cord. In practice compact and super portable but above all super versatile as you can now use the AirTag for key rings, animal collars, backpacks, suitcases etc. Finally, although banal, I underline that the signal for tracking the AirTag is not shielded, so what can I say ... the gadget of PROfezzion at the ridiculous cost of € 7,99 is definitely to buy on the fly, even in more colors especially if you have several AirTags at home.
