If by chance you were thinking of buying a new appliance for cleaning the house, Xiaomi seems at the moment to be one of the most prolific brands in the industry. The Chinese giant has in fact presented a new steam cleaner produced in collaboration with the Deerma brand.
Deerma is a brand that some of you will recognize as it has already created several products for Xiaomi, such as the fabric cleaner, the towing vacuum cleaner e the smart infuser.
Deerma Multi-Function Steam Cleaner now in crowdfunding
In any case, returning to the product presented today, this is the Deerma Multi-Function Steam Cleaner, or a multi-function steam cleaner. Deerma states that it can replace as many as five different devices, thanks to the various accessories supplied.
Let's start with one of the main functions of a steam cleaner, that is to decontaminate the surrounding environment. The Deerma appliance can clean any surface thanks to the high temperature and high pressure produced, which allows the jet of steam to infiltrate everywhere.
In particular we have a temperature of at least 150 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 3 Bar. This powerful mix is able to eliminate the 99% of bacteria and odors, sterilizing the area.
To achieve the just mentioned temperature of 150 degrees, the Deerma steam cleaner needs only 20 seconds. In fact, the device uses a system with two aluminum ring-shaped tubes to heat the water very quickly. The power required to operate this system is 1600W.
From the design point of view, the cleaner adopts the typical style of Deerma and many other Xiaomi products, that is a very minimal look in white color. We then have a handle that can be used up to an angle of 270 degrees, three extensions to be able to reach even the highest points of the house and a tank from 230ml.
Finally, as we said earlier, the device comes with five different accessories to best clean any type of surface.
The Deerma Multi-Function Steam Cleaner is now in the crowdfunding campaign on the official Xiaomi website at the 299 Yuan (38 €) figure.
