Deerma Smart Humidifier DEM-CT500: the smart humidifier with anti-fog function arrives
The Deerma Smart Humidifier DEM-CT500 is, as the name suggests, a new intelligent humidifier that has the special function of not creating any mist. It also has a large humidification capacity of 510 ml / h, a foldable 21-layer filter element and can be controlled through the Mijia app.
But let's start from the basics, at the moment on the market you can find three types of humidifiers: pure evaporation, thermal evaporation and ultrasound. The first two use fans and water heating to evaporate it, not paying attention to the quality of the water; the ultrasonic one can instead use only pure water, as tap water has minerals that once vaporized by ultrasound would create an unhealthy powder.
Returning to the Deerma Smart Humidifier DEM-CT500, this humidifier adopts anti-fog technology inspired by the evaporation of natural water. In particular, it converts water into nano-molecules, making bacteria and particles unable to attach themselves and thus emitting only a moist and clean air stream without polluting the room environment.
Inside the machine we then find a water pump to circulate the water towards the top of the filter element and spray it from top to bottom, completely moistening the filter element, so that the water in the tank circulates continuously and it is not possible to breed bacteria.
In addition, the filter element is made of high-density absorbent fiber and composite resin, which has a strong self-cleaning capacity and a 21-layer structure to completely intercept impurities from the water source.
Finally, the DEM-CT500 Smart Humidifier can also be controlled from the Mijia app. We can then adjust the humidification volume and much more directly from the app and if the water level is too low, we will also receive a notification.
