Almost six months have divided us now from the release of MIUI 11 occurred on September 24th. Despite delays of all sorts in receiving this highly anticipated update now almost everyone can enjoy the features that Xiaomi has designed for its users. As we know, however, not all Features that we describe are immediately usable, as many belong to the "developers" area and therefore, before being able to try, patience is needed. This is the case of the features we are going to talk about: one concerns the Dark Mode on MIUI 11 and another concerns improvements for gestures and animations.

Through this screenshot shared by Jin Fan, in charge of the software sector of Xiaomi, we learn of a new features that will involve all applications, including third-party ones. In particular, it will be possible, after the official release, to make all the apps dark. This means take advantage of global level of dark mode on MIUI 11.
The MIUI boss lets us know that the feature of the dark mode globally has been tested, during testing, on Xiaomi Mi 9. THE progress achieved after a long time of beta testing they are more than satisfactory and therefore the team decided to release the update soon, not before having filed the last things, but in any case during the year. What remains to be done is appropriately calibrate color gradients for applications who will benefit from this dark mode, especially those of third parties.
The second novelty concerns, as anticipated, improvements in the field gestures and animations. During the beta testing, users said they were extremely satisfied with the work done and therefore a release is also expected for these measures. As mentioned in the introduction, first the release will take place for the "developer" wing and only after having run in everything (following other corrections) will it be possible to proceed to the global release.
