First we unblock the bootloader, but before proceeding ATTENTION: you're going to fully format the smartphone and its contents, so make a nice backup before proceeding.
What's more, do everything at your own risk and risk, taking responsibility for any damage caused to the smartphone.
- Download the SDK
- Copy it to the computer's hard drive C
- Enter the Platform Tools folder
- Press the Shift + right mouse button on the PC
- Click Open Command Window Here
- Turn on OnePlus One in FastMode by pressing Volume up + power
- Type in the PC window: fastboot devices (Check that a number comes out)
- Then type: fastboot oem unlock
- Wait for the end of the procedure
- Type: fastboot reboot
- The phone will restart with a green robotic and reset the phone
Now we install the custom recovery:
- Download the Recovery package
- Turn on OnePlus One in FastMode by pressing Volume up + power
- Click on the rayglobe_start.bat file
- The procedure will start automatically and start the phone with ClockWorkMod
- If you want to use TWRP, just download the .img file from the last link and replace the recovery.img with the TWRP image in the "Recovery Package"
- Restart OnePlus One from Recovery
Now we're going to get Root permissions:
- Once you have restarted your smartphone, connect it to your PC and copy the SuperSU file to your phone (any folder)
- Restart OnePlus One in Recovery Mode (Volume Down + Power)
- Click Install and look for the previously copied .zip file and install it.
- The procedure will be successful and you will only need to restart OnePlus One for the last time.
