Xiaomi Mi Band 3 was presented on May 31, during the event where MIUI 10 and the series of Mi 8 have seen the light. As a first step you will need to decouple your Mi Band 3 from the Mi Fit application.
At this point you have to uninstall the Mi Fit app from your smartphone. This will allow a clean flash of the new firmware.
Now you have to install the gen_signed application, downloaded previously (remember to enable installation from unknown sources if you have not already done so).
Once the gen_signed app is installed, open it and log in with your Mi Acoount and proceed by re-associating the 3 Mi Band.
Now you will see an update automatically start on your Mi Band 3 (the process can also last 5 / 10 minutes).
Once the update is finished, the Mi Band 3 will restart automatically. Then unpair it and uninstall the gen_signed app from your phone.
Now proceed with the installation of the Mi Fit Mod by xc application previously downloaded.
Finally you just have to start the app, reconnect with your Xiaomi account and re-couple the fitness band. You have just translated your new 3 Mi Band into Italian!

it depends on the firmware you have ... if you have the latest 1.3.0.4 you have to follow a separate guide that you always find in the article

I think I understand what the problem is. I noticed that the firmware of the application to enter the Italian version is older than the one I currently have on my band. Because when you first accessed the official mi fit app, it updated automatically. So that's probably why it won't update me with the modified application
