The leitmotiv of the new Xiaomi 12 series advertising campaign is "Dominate the scene", And sees as the main protagonist the actor Luca Argentero, fresh from the success of the Doc series. The location is the suggestive Piazza del Duomo di Crema, chosen by the agency FCB Partners, led by CEO Giorgio Brenna. With this campaign, the agency starts the collaboration with Xiaomi Italia, after being chosen following a tender for the 2022 communication activities. The planning is managed by Mediacom. We are in the backstage of a film, when Argentero in a moment of pause begins to observe what is happening around him wondering what it would be like if everyone could experience the magic of cinema firsthand. Thus, with his Xiaomi 12 Pro in his hand, he turns the spotlight on every special moment that his gaze has the ability to capture and, between a "pause" and an "action" he immerses the audience in the story, but from a different. A metaphorical journey permeated by that feeling that everything we experience can be intense and exciting, just like in a movie. And this thanks to the performance of Xiaomi 12 Series which allows you to obtain quality videos, with images that are always sharp and in focus, even on the move and in any lighting condition.

The production explored infinite possibilities of light, to emphasize the main technical characteristics of the latest smartphone family such as Ultra Night Video and Motion Tracking Focus, giving the images a vintage cinematic flavor that evokes the frames of films from the XNUMXs. thus enhancing the dreamy atmosphere and the unique character of the Italian cinema tradition.

"After collaborating with one of the most important international film festivals and with a director of the caliber of Gabriele Muccino, with this campaign we are going to add a piece to our communication strategy", explains Davide Lunardelli, Head of Marketing of Xiaomi Italia. "Thanks to the voice and first-hand experience of the actor Luca Argentero, we wanted to enhance the extraordinary nature of life through the story of a cinematic nature, a story that anyone can create thanks to Xiaomi 12 Series".

The advertising campaign will officially start next 8st May, the day in which – for a month – it will be on air on all the main national television stations, with 20″ and 30″ formats. But the commercial will also be disseminated on Xiaomi Italia's social channels and on out-of-home circuits, in strategic points of the main Italian cities through the use of offline and digital billboard installation. The latter will have the support of ad hoc creativity.
