As we have learned in recent weeks, Honor's next Magic 5 series already has an official launch date, which is February 27 and will be held at MWC 2023 (Mobile World Congress) which, like every year, takes place in the city of Barcelona.
Honor Magic 5: new renderings show us its possible design
In the latest official teasers, the brand has given us a hint of the design of the rear camera compartment, showing us that the Magic 5 will adopt a three-camera design with the arrangement of the sensors forming a triangle. But what do the three lenses actually look like? Well, three renders of the device were exhibited online today.
Judging from the three images, the design is more or less as we thought, Two of them connect the three lenses through lines, accompanied by a round border in black color on the outside. This design is somewhat similar to previous phones from Honor. The third image instead shows us a design with the three separate cameras that is much more common as a common lens is used on the module for all three sensors. Inside the module there are also three objectives for a cleaner design.
Barring surprises in the last few hours, the rear camera design of the Honor Magic 5 should fall on one of the three images shown above.
While as regards the internal specifications, the smartphone will be powered by the most powerful processor on the market, the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 for the Pro version. The standard version will instead use a Snapdragon 8+ chip to keep production costs lower. Other features on board the Magic 5 series will include a recharge with a power of 66W, therefore quite fast but not as fast as many other high-end devices. Still uncertain if the Pro version will have support for wireless charging.
