The Amazfit smartwatch brand belonging to Huami is one of the most active in its category. If you have paid attention to our blog in fact, in recent weeks the brand has released three smartwatches on the Italian territory, let's talk about theHuami Amazfit GTR, Verge Lite e Bip Lite.
Well, apparently the Chinese brand does not want to stop there and already thinks about the successor of the Bip series, or at least it would seem so if we look at the image just published by Huami Technology vice president, Qi Fandi.
The next smartwatch Huami Amazfit looks a lot like Apple Watch

Amazfit Bip
Qi Fandi has released the image on the Chinese social media Weibo commenting that with the device we see in the render (on the cover) Huami will overtake Apple with his Watch as regards the PPI ratio (Pixel Per Inch). The next Huami wearable will in fact have a PPI 341, when the Apple Watch has a PPI of 326 instead. Adding then that this PPI ratio is very close to the limit reachable on AMOLED screens.
In any case, this is not the first time we see a render published by Qi Fandi. A few days before a user who was part of the group of testers had in fact leaked the image, but many thought it was the next Apple Watch.

Apple Watch
The vice president of Huami welcomed the misunderstanding as a compliment, saying that the Apple Watch is the smartwatch par excellence and that there is a lot to learn from the Cupertino brand. Although this time, at least as far as screen resolution is concerned, Huami will be a step forward.
From the design point of view instead, the screen seems to fill a greater area and therefore we will have thinner edges, very similar to the Apple Watch. While the rest of the body, which includes the case, the bezel and the strap, is in a unique color for a more minimal and elegant look.
