Vivo announced a new imaging chip: from the traditional ISP to the new AI-ISP
It is reported that this self-developed chip by Vivo, whose name has not yet been announced, has been upgraded from a traditional ISP to an AI-ISP in terms of architecture, enabling high-precision AI computing with low latency and high energy efficiency.
With the improvement of the chip architecture, this new in-house developed chip has a data rate of 1,3 trillion bit / s, a peak power efficiency ratio of 16,3 Tops / w and the reduction effect video noise of night scenes is 20% higher than that of the previous generation.
In addition to this new self-developed chip, at the press conference, Vivo also announced the imaging technology matrix that includes the next-generation main camera CMOS with a super-sensing portrait system in partnership with Zeiss.
