The certification channels have always been a source of rumors. Also this time do not contradict themselves and both in Thailand and Indonesia appears for the first time the certification card of the new redmi 7. So let's see what we have discovered ...
The new Redmi 7 has received last February 27 two certifications that bode well for a worldwide launch: both the certification body of the NBTC and the Indonesian TKDN have in fact let the two cards concerning the new Xiaomi device shine through. There is no doubt about it because the name of the new smartphone appears explicitly in the images that we publish below:
The device code - M1810F6LG - is the same for both cards and is the same one that was published long ago, in Singapore, by IMDA. So it seems that everything is ready for the presentation of what will be the second Redmi smartphone, since the company split with Xiaomi. Although the images we have just provided do not indicate technical specifications, we remind you that the FCC, the Federal Communications Commission American, had already certified some of the technical specifications of the new Redmi 7.
We therefore report what we know so far about the new redmi 7: the dimensions of the front panel will be 157 x 76 mm, but we have no indication of the size of the display or the thickness of the phone. We do not expect miracles from Redmi (let's get used to not hearing about Xiaomi Redmi!) For the thickness ... the Redmi have never shone in this respect. They will be presented three versions, each identified on the basis of the installed memories: two versions will be equipped with 3 GB of RAM, respectively with 32 GB and 64 GB of internal memory, and a third version will be the only one with 4 GB of RAM, supported by 64 GB of ROM.
The most important indication is instead given by the presence of a battery charger alone 10W (5V 2A), to witness non-high-end specs and presumably the absence of the QuickCharge 3.0 functionality.
The knowledge to date of the new Redmi 7 stops here, but we can imagine that the next device can be presented by the end of the month in China at a price that is between the 699 and 799 yuan (about 100 euro). We do not feel, however, to confirm this indiscretion but we could probably tell you more about the next one 18 March, the date on which the brand new Xiaomi will be presented in India Notes redmi 7 Pro.
