Just yesterday a new smartphone of the brand was launched POCO, the M3 model that already wins the title of best seller by virtue that its launch price for the basic variant starts from 129,90 euros net of specifications that entice users such as the presence of a 6000 mAh battery, sensor NFC and a completely unique look. In short, the company seems to have reached a certain maturity even if this has yet to be fully expressed, therefore after the various successes obtained since the launch of the first POCOPHONE F1, the OEM has decided to face a solitary adventure, becoming independent from Xiaomi.
In fact, so far the line up of smartphones presented by POCO, with rare exceptions, it was based on rebrand of Redmi smartphones and this did not help even if this path has served the company to test the market and create a certain experience in the global market. The first changes are tangible, starting with the new manager for the Global division of the brand, presented just yesterday during the launch conference of POCO M3, which announced the beginning of independence as well as the arrival of its community POCO at the international level.
POCO say hello to Xiaomi and become a totally independent brand
According to Kevin Qiu himself, POCO will base its essence on three important factors: the launch of technologically new products necessary for everyday life, will take into account the feedback of its community and will maintain a continuous evolution and therefore software support and updates. The first point, however, seems to suggest that POCO is ready for the production of products other than smartphones, so it could create its own ecosystem, made up of headphones, covers, power banks and much more.
It is clear that only time will give the right confirmations but it seems that POCO is willing to give credit to what has been promised. Probably the POCO M3 is the latest smartphone from the company for this 2020, so 2021 will be the actual year of the birth or rebirth of the brand that could give us some real tech goodies.
