It is, as the name implies, a treadmill for fast walking (also called sports walking) not for running, so it is right that the maximum speed is 6 km. You don't find it useful because you probably don't need it, but it could be useful for older people with mobility problems, for example, so walking doesn't create the same stress on the joints that running does!

This is useful, as mentioned, for those with minor mobility problems, for those who do not want to leave the house or cannot go out, without missing the daily walk. For now only through the Xiaomi crowdfunding site, but I do not recommend using it because first of all it's all in Chinese and then if you buy from there - if you can - you pay the shipping costs. From experience it is better to wait a few weeks, then for sure you will find it on the usual sites such as Gearbest or Geekbuying at similar prices but perhaps with shipping costs included.
