Along with the different devices presented today, which include the Mi 9 Pro 5G and the Mi MIX Alpha, Xiaomi also presented something much awaited by the true fans of the Chinese brand, we are obviously talking about the new MIUI 11.
MIUI 11 takes inspiration from previous MIUI, improving its design and making it simpler and more elegant.
The new MIUI comes with several really interesting features like the MIUI Dynamic Font Selection that will allow us to use a multitude of different fonts and change their size so as to have a more personalized interface than ever.
Xiaomi then improved the animations when AOD (Always on Display) is activated. We can then choose from many more graphics to show when we have the screen "off". It will also be possible to leave notes on the screen.
The MIUI 11 brings new features also from the audio point of view with new dynamic sounds that we can use both as an alarm clock and as a ringtone. These effects were created by Xiaomi using natural sounds like those of the sea, of fire, of a forest and more.
MIUI 11 is official, simpler and more elegant design
In the new OS we also find a new file manager that will allow us to open text documents directly without having to open third-party applications, this thanks to the cooperation with the WPS text editor. We also have a new suite of dedicated programs called Mi Work with which we can write texts or create presentations. While with Mi Go we will be able to have all the information regarding our travels just one click away.
Finally, with MIUI 11 we will have improvements in terms of autonomy with a "Super Saving Mode" to be able to use the 1 smartphone full day even if you only have the 5% battery.
