The curiosity in knowing how the will be MIUI 11 it's great, let's face it. For now the news is very few but today we had the pleasure of seeing how the design of a native application will be among the most important: the File Manager in the next version of the software Xiaomi would still result more intuitive and minimal. As for the appearance of the application as we see it on the display, then its "exterior" design if so we want to call it, again we cannot know anything. But what we can see is how it will be inside: completely redesigned, MIUI 11 File Manager It results to be cleaner and easier to use. The search function which is now entrusted to the magnifying glass in the upper right corner will be entrusted to a Google style search bar; consequently the three icons at his side will also disappear: the three bars to access the main menu, the orologino which allows us to see the latest downloaded files and to access the folders like "Images", "Video" and "Documents" and the folder of internal shared memory. All this translates into much faster search operations as the aforementioned folders will be placed immediately below the bar.
We can also note how that kind of brush will disappear that until now was used to access the cleaner, located in the lower right corner. One thing that strikes, at least in my opinion, is the color of the application: I was hoping for a total black preview as one of the first features announced was precisely the dark mode.
Similar to now, the icons we can access can be viewed at grid or list. What's new is the memory bar you see below in the photo: this feature will allow us to see, even when we use the File Manager, how much residual memory has our device. This also means that if we clean the application starting from the MIUI 11 we can immediately see how much space we free.
