We have often talked about the MIUI 12.5, the new version of the Xiaomi custom interface that debuted a few weeks ago. Who owns the ROM Xiaomi.eu (as well as certain devices) can already take advantage of many news that the skin carries with it. Up until now we haven't been able to say for sure which devices would receive the update in the coming months but today the company has published the official roadmap. So here are all the devices that they will be the first to receive the OTA in China with the new MIUI version.

This means that not all those who will receive MIUI 12.5 are written on the list, but only the first part. Consequently if the model we own is not included in the list, it may not necessarily be updated at a later time. So let's see which devices are interested in the release during this first phase.

As anticipated this is the list of 28 devices that FIRST will receive the update in a stable version. It is clear that the respective global counterparts will be the target of the update to MIUI 12.5. In fact, alongside devices like Redmi K20 we wrote the global equivalent, that is Xiaomi Mi 9T. Nothing has been reported yet about the update period, but no doubt the global variants will have to wait a few more months.
