MIUI 12.5 will collect the problems of third-party apps | Photo

We are all excited about the arrival of the MIUI 12.5. A few weeks ago the brand has announced what the general news will be of Xiaomi's new custom skin for Europe and we cannot say that we were delighted. Compared to the global i optimization levels are minor and features are scarce. In the first case, however, we know that it is not entirely Xiaomi's fault as the services weigh a lot Google Mobile Services (GMS). But having said that, what will be the goodies that will make the new MIUI version more wonderful than ever? Today we see one.

MIUI 12.5 will allow us to collect in an archive all the errors and bugs that the system will detect in third-party applications

One of the many innovations that the MIUI 12.5 will lead to system level, it also affects app security. Better to say, the internal archive that deals with collect what are application errors. While we used to use the Feedback system application to report errors and bugs to developers before, with the new version of the custom skin we will be given the ability to find a list of app errors in one place. To better understand what it means, let's see the images below.

Within the app related settings, we will find a specific option called Analyze third party app issues (left photo). By choosing this option, and possibly also the possibility to receive contextual notifications, a screen will open in which we will find a list (hopefully not fed) of app problems. In the photo on the right we see how it will also be possible to filter out problems and bugs: in essence it will be a real archive where we will also find the crashes of non-native Xiaomi applications.

This tool turns out to be very interesting as we can monitor abnormal app behavior and possibly look for a valid alternative if needed.
