Hello MIUIers of Italy and welcome to the complete changelog for the new version of the China Developer branch which reaches MIUI 7.1.5 numbering and which I remind you is published weekly every Thursday night.
The first release of 2017 brings us few but interesting news. Above all, the new installer "Made by Xiaomi" is of great importance, which is something truly unique in the panorama of Android Custom ROMs.
Some alerts about this week's releases:
- The update to Mi Max / Prime, Mi Note Pro, Mi 4c, Mi 4S has been suspended for the preparation for the beta tests of Android 7.0
- Delayed the update for the Redmi 4 for some last-minute fixes.
- The update for the Mi Note 2 has been suspended for stability tests
These are the novelties for this week:
Security - New Installer with integrated AntiVirus
Until Android M, the app installer has always been the one provided natively by Google. Thanks to agreements with Google and the collaboration with their engineers we were able to implement our own installer with an advanced interface and new functions such as ani-virus control.

In order to provide an increasingly accurate and updated service we have changed the data source of the currency quotation.
