Hello MIUIers of Italy and welcome to the complete changelog for the new version of the China Developer branch that reaches the MIUI 7.4.6 numbering and I remember it being published weekly every Thursday night.
Even this week, the list of changes is rather small, though substantial. In fact, a new CPU management has been introduced that promises better performance and greater system fluidity.
- This latest developer version for the RedMi Note 4x is still based on Android 6.0 but we are already working to upgrade it to Android 7.0. At the end of April, beta testing will begin.
- All updates for MIUI based on Android 7.0 and 7.1 are suspended for this week due to theme bugs.

System - New and more efficient CPU management
This optimization had already been implemented in the previous Mi5 developer update so we had the time, during the Qingming festival, to gather feedback from forum users and end-users. The result was an excellent reduction in the 10% of system lags and we therefore decided to expand this implementation to all terminals.
Some notes:
1. This optimization is dedicated only to MIUI versions based on Android 5.0 / 6.0 / 7.0.
2. Devices with MIUI based on Android 4.4 are currently not supported.
3. The Mi 5c, due to the very recent upgrade to Android 7.1 will not immediately receive this optimization. We are working to implement it as soon as possible.
