MIUI V6, everything you need to know

Today, Xiaomi, on her fourth birthday, with an event held in Beijing, introduced the world's new MIUI V6 interface of its Android-based operating system in the sixth version.

MIUI is an alternative ROM for any Android phone that has since succeeded to have a great community of enthusiasts in the world, which now counts over 70 millions of users with a translation and support of well 28 languages.

In addition, Chinese society during the conference respected its absolute domination in the Chinese borders, surpassing companies such as Apple and Samsung, who were the bosses for the whole nation.

The MIUI V6 offers a lot of new features especially with regard to graphics with many transparencies and color games in animations that always recall the layout of the images.
Xiaomi confirms that this new graphics have been designed to "improve the design and essence of all content".

The design is very flat and follows the "wave" always followed by iOS and in this new version we will find a completely new lockscreen, new notifications, improved multitasking management and more; but let's see the major changes:

NOTIFICATION

In the MIUI V6 there is a better on notifications on the lock screen, where an icon below will show unread readings, and with a simple swipe to the other you will be able to handle, open or erase them directly from the lockscreen without unlocking the phone.

Additionally, the icons will now show "bubble" notifications that will indicate the number for the single application.

ENERGY SAVING AND BEST RAM MANAGEMENT WITH CLEAN MASTER

With the new MIUI V6, your device will last longer with a single charge thanks to a new energy saving mode as well as the new version of the Android 4.4 KitKat that it is based on.

Xiaomi has also incorporated a more advanced version of RAM that will help to give more fluidity to the device and applications.

The renowned Clean Master program will ultimately be fully integrated to provide an advanced optimization system, so with only a few taps you can clean and unload unnecessary files and optimize RAM memory consumption.

In addition, as always, it will be possible to handle dangerous application threats with the integrated anti-virus system.

CAMERA APPLICATION

Already with the release of the Xiaomi Mi4 we have faced substantial improvements with regard to the camera compartment; but now the application with the MIUI V6 is renewed with new buttons and features.

MIUI V6 Released For All Devices Under End Of Year

The availability of the new MIUI V6 will please all Xiaomi device owners; in fact all those on the market will enjoy the new interface!

Initially, the MIUI V6 will be available for Mi3 and Mi4 devices with a very early release in a beta release. Subsequently, the new version will arrive by Mi2, Mi2S and Mi2A by the end of the year, and later on on the other.
