The future is in the air and so after completing the release of the MIUI 9 Global Stable for most of the devices manufactured by Xiaomi, the company already looks beyond confirming that is already working on the development of the next MIUI interface. The vice president of the MIUI software division, Huang Longzhong, also added that release is expected by the end of the year but it is not clear if the name will be MIUI 10 or MIUI X, so much that on the official page of the social Weibo, Xiaomi has called a survey to find out the opinion of their fans.
In other words, the company has asked its users to vote the choice of the name between memo MIUI 10 or MIUI X. The survey is also available via the most popular messaging application in China, namely WeChat. Previous rumors said that the name would have been MIUI X but nevertheless during the event in which the development of the new interface was announced the name used was MIUI 10. Perhaps the indecision of Xiaomi on the name led to the poll that sees rivals MIUI 10 and MIUI X for a period of 6 days. Currently over 180000 people have voted and the 63% seems to prefer the MIUI 10 name as MIUI X remembers too much, too much Apple with its iPhone X, always associated with Xiaomi much to define the company the Apple of the East.
But we lovers of the brand know very well that Xiaomi and Apple are two worlds apart and we prefer that of Xiaomi.
