Unfortunately, like any news that is introduced in MIUI, the release of the news does not involve the entire catchment area at the same time (as is also happening with the app Security)
Just with today's version, the 3.2.29 should be introduced in app MiuiWeather the support to cities outside the Chinese territory, so it is in fact, but only with Chinese and English territories, therefore not included in the multilingual packages as it does not support other locations.
To overcome the problem we can always rely on the excellent application of BurgerZ (WeatherBZ).
