Moto Razr 60, Razr 60 Ultra, and Razr+ officially launched

Motorola officially presented the new models of its line of foldable smartphones for 2025: Moto Razr 60, Razr 60 Ultra, and the revamped Razr+. These devices offer options for both those looking for high performance and those who prefer more affordable solutions. Among the most notable innovations, these models are the first Motorola foldable flips to include certified dust resistance (IP48), taking the durability of foldable smartphones to a new level.

The Razr 60 Ultra represents the pinnacle of this generation, with significant improvements to the display, battery and camera, as well as the flagship power guaranteed by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processorThe new generation abandons the previous “s” variants and focuses everything on high performance.

The Razr 60 Ultra's body is slightly thicker (7,2mm folded, 15,7mm closed) than its predecessor, but this increase in size is accompanied by greater solidity and a larger battery. The chassis is protected by Gorilla Glass Ceramic and offers IP48 resistance, making it dust and splash resistant.

The battery from 4.700 mAh offers excellent autonomy, while the 68W fast charging and 30W wireless charging guarantee a device that is always ready for use.

Motorola has opted for a photographic module with a 50MP main sensor (f/1.8, OIS) and a 50MP ultra-wide with a 122° viewing angle, which also functions as a macro camera. For selfies, the device has a 50MP internal camera. Video features include 8K recording at 30fps and 4K at 60fps. It also supports Dolby Vision for video recording and playback.

The standard variant, Moto Razr 60, takes a more affordable approach without sacrificing the key features of the Razr family. While it’s positioned as a more affordable model than the Ultra, it still offers a good combination of features.

The Razr 60 offers a 6,9-inch P-OLED internal display with a FHD+ (1080p+) resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The external display, while being smaller than the Ultra, it has a diagonal of 3,6 inches, which is still larger than other competitors such as the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6. This model is also IP48 certified, offering protection against dust and brief immersion in water.

The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7400X chipset, which is an upgrade over last year's model. It is available with memory configurations ranging from 8GB to 16GB of RAM and 128GB to 512GB of storage, with exclusive versions reaching 1 TB. The 4.500mAh battery supports 30W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.

The photographic setup includes a 50 MP main camera with OIS and aultra-wide from 13 MP which can also be used as a macro. The photocamera frontale è da 32 MP, ideal for high-quality selfies.
