This afternoon the well-known Nokia brand has launched a new entry level smartphone; let's welcome the Nokia C12.
Official Nokia C12 in Europe: the new entry-level that costs less than €120
As for the specifications, the Nokia C12 is equipped with a 6,3-inch display with HD + resolution and drop notch.
For photos, the smartphone has a camera module on the back that houses an 8MP sensor paired with an LED flash. The back panel also has a textured pattern for better grip. While in front we find a 5MP sensor that supports facial unlocking. In that regard, the fingerprint sensor is missing, so face unlock is the only alternative to the password.
The Nokia C12 features the 9863GHz octa-core Unisoc SC1,6A processor, along with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage expandable via a microSD card slot for additional needs.
The smartphone is powered by a 3.000mAh battery which strangely is also user removable.
Other specifications include support for 4G VoLTE connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, dual SIM, a 3,5mm audio jack and a micro USB port. Finally, for software, the device runs on Android 12 Go Edition, with the brand promising two years of quarterly security updates for the phone.
The Nokia C12 will be sold in Europe at a price of 119 euros.
