Nubia V70 Official Design: Premium Design Under 90€

ZTE is expanding its offerings in the mid-range market with the new Nubia V70 Design, which will be known as the ZTE Blade V70 Design in some regions. The phone is currently available for pre-order in the Philippines, ahead of its official release on November 28. Let’s take a detailed look at its specifications and features.

Nubia V70 Official Design: Premium Design Under 90€

Nubia V70 Design

The name “Design” is not just a publicity stunt. This version stands out from the standard Nubia V70/Blade V70 thanks to the choice of two vegan leather back options (orange and jade green), in addition to the classic black and pink glass finishes. While some may prefer the premium feel of glass, vegan leather offers a unique aesthetic and potentially better grip.

The Nubia V70 Design maintains a familiar formula with a 6,7-inch HD+ IPS LCD display, offering a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. This ensures an optimal visual experience, both for daily browsing and for gaming.

There is a slight difference in the photographic department compared to the standard V70. Design version replaces the 108MP main sensor with a more modest 50MP option. The front camera from 16MP remains unchanged, discreetly nestled inside a hole in the display.

Under the hood, the V70 Design is powered by Unisoc T606 processor, a familiar choice for previous V-series models. This is paired with 4GB of RAM, a modest amount but compensated by 256GB of storage, providing ample space for apps, photos and videos.

The whole thing is powered by a battery 5.000mAh. However, charging remains relatively slow with support for just 22,5W. On the software front, the V70 Design launches with MyOS 14 based on Android 14. There's also support for Live Island 2.0, a feature inspired by Apple's Dynamic Island.

Consumers in the Philippines can pre-order the Nubia V70 Design via popular online retailers Lazada, Shopee, and even TikTok. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) is 5300 Philippine Pesos (approximately $86 at current exchange rates).
