Along with smartphones, headphones and TVs, OnePlus unexpectedly introduced its first router. The device called OnePlus Hub 5G is made with an original design (for the company, but seen elsewhere) and is distinguished by an extended set of features. The brand has not yet revealed all the specifications of the router, but it is known that the new product is equipped for the WiFi 6 standard and has an integrated modem with SIM card slots operating on LTE and 5G networks. In addition, there is the ability to work as part of Mesh systems from different access points, as well as support for the Google Matter protocol for organizing a smart home ecosystem.

OnePlus Hub 5G is made in a cylindrical body with internal antennas and a minimalist design. On its upper end there is a chrome insert, on the side there is the company logo, as well as the usual indicators of activity. A full list of the device's specifications and retail price will be released by the company at a later date. The start of sales of the new item is scheduled for July 2023.
For the moment, therefore, the OnePlus router is not for sale. It is not possible to buy it even in China, to be honest, despite the fact that the giant is based there. We therefore await half the year to see the OnePlus router debut in Europe as well.
