Well, now the Oppo PKQ110 model, which could be marketed as Oppo A5, has been registered with TENAA. The registration not only reveals the design of the device, but also some of its specifications.
The device will have flat edges and a squircle camera module. The volume and power keys will be placed on the right side. The recording images show the product in purple, but it should also be available in other colors.
On the front, the device will feature a 6,7-inch FHD+ OLED display and an 8MP selfie camera. On the back, however, there will be a 50MP main camera assisted by a 2MP secondary sensor.
The phone will be powered by an unspecified chipset with a 2,2GHz CPU. It will be available in variants with 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB internal storage.
The device It will measure just 7,65 mm thick and weigh 185 grams. Despite its compact size, it will be equipped with a 6.330 mAh battery (rated capacity). The phone is likely to feature a silicon-carbon battery, similar to the one in its bigger sibling, the Oppo A5 Pro.
Unfortunately, the TENAA registration does not officially confirm that the PKQ110 is the Oppo A5. However, given the similarity to the A5 Pro in terms of looks and specifications, there is a good chance that it is indeed this model.
Now we just have to wait for more information on this product in the coming weeks. In any case, if it is really the Oppo A5, it should cost around 1500 Yuan (about 261 euros) or more.
