The wait for the series OPPO Find X8 has almost come to an end with the appearance of the Find X8 model on Geekbench, revealing some important key details.
OPPO Find X8 Spotted on GeekBench, Chipset and RAM Confirmed
The device, identified with the model number PKB110, has been tested with the new chipset MediaTek Dimension 9400, also known as MT6991. This chipset promises to be one of MediaTek’s most powerful solutions, and the Find X8 will be one of the first devices to bring it to market.
The Geekbench test revealed that the Find X8 comes with 16 GB of RAM and runs on Android 15, the latest version of Google's operating system. In performance tests, the device achieved 2874 points in the single-core test and 8969 points in the multi-core test. While these scores may seem lower than other high-end chipsets, it's important to consider that they may not fully represent the capabilities of the Dimensity 9400, especially given further software optimizations.
The Dimensity 9400 consists of one Cortex-X925 core at 3.63GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores at 2.8GHz, and four Cortex-A7 cores at 2.1GHz. In terms of graphics, the chipset is equipped with the Mali-G925-Immortalis MC12 GPU, which promises top-notch graphics performance.
The OPPO Find X8 series will include three models: the Find X8, the Find X8 Pro and the Find X8 Pro Satellite Communication Version.. Both the standard and Pro models will have a display with 1.5K resolution, with the Find X8 adopting a flat-screen design, while the Find X8 Pro will feature a slightly curved display. Both devices will come pre-loaded with ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.
From a design point of view, both models will have a Large circular camera module positioned centrally on the back and a metal frame with flat edges. The standard model will have a triple camera setup with a single periscope telephoto lens, while the Pro model could include a quad-camera setup with two periscope telephoto lenses.
Another interesting aspect concerns the battery: the Find X8 will be equipped with one battery 5700mAh with support for wireless charging, while the Find the X8 Pro will have a Slightly larger 5800mAh battery with support for the wireless charging to 50W. Both models will support the charging wired to 80W. Other features include a frame with IP69 certification, an alert button and a camera control button
