OPPO officially announced the new one K13, enriching the K series smartphone range with a device that aims to strike a balance between performance and battery life.
OPPO K13 launched with a huge 7000mAh battery
The device stands out mainly for its imposing battery 7000mAh, a standout in the modern smartphone landscape. The K13 packs this powerful battery into a body 8,45mm thin and weighing 208g, offering a well-balanced and practical design. Thanks to the support for the quick charge from 80W, the device can reach 100% charge in just 56 minutes using the included adapter.
Under the hood, the K13 is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor, combined with 8 GB of RAM to ensure smooth performance in both daily activities and games. The smartphone offers two options Internal storage: 128GB or 256GBThe device runs ColorOS 15 operating system, based on Android 15, with the promise of two years of operating system updates and three years of security updates, an added bonus for the longevity of the phone.
The OPPO K13 features a 6,67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz, which ensures a clear and smooth visual experience. The screen includes a central hole for the front camera from 16 MP, ideal for high-quality selfies and video calls. It also integrates an under-display fingerprint reader for fast and secure biometric authentication.
On the back, the K13 features a dual-camera setup consisting of a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. These specifications offer good versatility for photography, with the support of advanced features based on artificial intelligence.
Among other features, the K13 boasts a IP65 certification, making it resistant to dust and splashes of water. It also features stereo speakers, Gloves mode for convenient use in special conditions, and AI functionality to enhance the photography experience. The large battery, combined with these features, ensures long-term use without compromise.
Prices and availability
THEOPPO K13 will be available in two elegant colorways: Icy Purple and Prism Black. It will be offered in two memory configurations:
- 8GB + 128GB at a price of 17.999 Indian Rupees (around 185 euros).
- 8GB + 256GB at a price of 19.999 Indian Rupees (around 205 euros).
The sale will start in India on April 25, both on OPPO’s official website and Flipkart. While there is no confirmed date for the global launch yet, the K13 is expected to hit international markets as well.
