This is not the first time we talk about Oppo smart home. One of the first products we've seen (but not yet on the market) is a smart doorbell. Later, one desk lamp with a truly minimal design. Today, however, the Chinese giant of technology known in Middle-earth as Green Factory presented his first smart lock. Let's go see her in detail and understand how it works since she boasts well six patents.
Oppo's smart home or smart home project continues with the presentation of the first smart automatic lock. Here's how it's done and how it works
The device, called Oppo Smart Door Lock, it consists of a robust body, intelligent electronics and a wide range of user recognition methods. As anticipated, we can count on six patents and as many methods of recognition. In addition, the lock is able to integrate into the smart home ecosystem and boasts a resistance to extreme temperatures.
The Oppo smart lock can withstand temperatures from -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and is equipped with a handle mechanics: with its help, the user will be able to open the door from the inside in case of damage to the electronics. The lock recognizes fingerprints in less than 0.5 seconds and supports unlocking with a Password (up to 20 characters).
In the event of an abnormal situation (break-in attempt, door unlocked, repeated control error or low battery), the device issues an alarm and sends a notification to the smartphone of the owner. You can also send reports on all door openings. Also, If no one is home and we need to let someone in, we can too generate a one-time password for this via the mobile application.
Finally, Oppo Smart Door Lock can be connected to other smart home devices such as CCTV cameras or alarm systems. The start date of sales and the price of the new items will be announced later.
