POCO F3 GT could be the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition in global version

If after the submission of the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition you are among those who are wondering if the smartphone will also arrive in Italy, well now maybe we have a clue that could confirm it.

POCO F3 GT could be the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition in global version

The Polish coder Kacper Skrzypek would have in fact just found some very interesting lines of code within a version of MIUI. Specifically, knowing that the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition comes with the model number "M2104K10C", in which the C at the end indicates availability in the Chinese market, the code "M2104K10I" found in MIUI should instead suggest its launch in the Indian market.

As happened with both the standard Redmi K40 and other Redmi devices, the K40 Gaming Edition will not come with the Redmi brand, but will be part of the family POCO with the name of POCO F3GT.

That said, although in the past many devices POCO have been released both in India and in Europe, it is not yet a certainty that the smartphone will arrive in our country, nor do we know the possible launch period.

However, let's take it as positive news for those who find the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition a possible good buy. After all we are talking about a smartphone that does not have much to envy compared to other high-end devices and at the same time adds special features for gamers (shoulder buttons).

In fact, remember that the gaming phone comes with a 6,67-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 480 Hz. The Redmi K40 Gaming Edition is then powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset with a very advanced TSMC 6nm manufacturing process and integrates a 5065mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging, to recharge the smartphone from 0 to 100% in just 42 minutes.

Who among you is waiting for the global launch of the K40 Gaming Edition? And how much would you be willing to pay?
