There are still a few days left until the official launch of the series Poco F7, scheduled for 27 March, but GSMArena has already anticipated some interesting details on the top models of the range, the Poco F7 Ultra and Poco F7 Pro. Both devices are currently in review, and early benchmarks of the F7 Ultra reveal performance that aims to compete with the biggest names in the industry.

Il Poco F7 Ultra stands out immediately for its Snapdragon 8 Elite, making it the first F-series device to use Qualcomm’s latest and greatest flagship processor. This positions the Ultra as a true flagship in the lineup, capable of competing with high-end devices like the iQOO 13 and Realme GT 7 Pro, which share the same chipset. Compared to the Poco F7 Pro, which uses last year’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the Ultra enjoys a significant advantage in terms of power and overall performance.

Both models start with a base configuration of 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, but theThe Ultra also offers a top-of-the-line option with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. These specifications were used for testing and put the device in a competitive position against other flagships.

In tests GeekBench 6,F7 Ultra scored 8.887 points in multi-core, an excellent result but slightly lower than rivals such as the iQOO 13 (9.522 points) and the Realme GT 7 Pro (9.509 points), which mount the same processor. However, the Ultra surpasses competitors such as the OnePlus 13R (6.803 points) and the Poco F7 Pro (6.526 points), both equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.

Regarding the test AnTuTu 10,F7 Ultra scored 2.580.520 points, proving to be a powerful device for graphics processing and multitasking. Again, it ranks below the iQOO 13 (2.791.585 points) but clearly above the Poco F7 Pro (2.065.265 points) and the Xiaomi 14T Pro (2.015.655 points).

In graphics tests 3DMark,F7 Ultra recorded 6.073 points in Wild Life Extreme mode at 4K, competing worthy of other high-end phones with the same chip, such as the iQOO 13 (6.368 points) and the Realme GT 7 Pro (6.360 points). Compared to devices with less powerful processors such as the OnePlus 13R (4.979 points), the Ultra confirms its superiority.

Under sustained load, the Poco F7 Ultra showed a slight drop in performance, which is common in high-end devices. In the CPU stress and graphics stability tests on 3DMark, the device showed average results, without any significant throttling issues.
