POCO F8 Pro: No charger, but Bose audio and Snapdragon Elite

Il POCO F8 Pro has just obtained the NBTC certification in Thailand, a clear sign that the official launch is imminent. However, not all the news is exciting: according to a leak shared by well-known tipster Abhishek Yadav, the device could arrive without a charger included in the box, a choice that POCO has already adopted it in the past for some European markets with the X7 Pro and F7 models.

POCO F8 Pro: No charger, but Bose audio and Snapdragon Elite

An interesting detail that emerged from the leaked packaging is the presence of the “Sound by Bose” logo, the same one used in the recent Redmi K90 series. This strengthens the hypothesis that the POCO F8 Pro is actually a rebranding of the Redmi K90, a common practice for POCO in international markets.

If confirmed, the POCO The F8 Pro could share many of the K90's specifications, including:

  • 6,59-inch LTPO display with 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 3.500 nits peak brightness
  • Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with Adreno 830 GPU
  • LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.1 storage
  • 50MP Light Hunter 800 main camera with OIS, 8MP ultra-wide and 50MP periscope telephoto lens (2.5x zoom)
  • Front camera from 20MP
  • 7.100mAh battery with 100W fast charging

Stereo audio with Bose tuning, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, IP68/IP69 certification and ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the display

The possible absence of the charger could be a regional decision, tied to environmental or cost-containment policies. It remains to be seen whether this decision will be extended to other markets or whether it will be compensated for by promotions or alternative bundles.

Il POCO The F8 Pro is expected to be one of the most complete and high-performance mid-range models of 2026, with flagship features and a price that could be around €499–€599, depending on its global positioning.
