The new POCO The Pad M1, on the other hand, is aimed at an audience looking for a versatile and affordable tablet. The display is a 12,1-inch IPS LCD with 2.5K resolution (2560 × 1600 pixels), a 120Hz refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 500 nits. The real strength of the Pad M1 is its battery: a massive 12.000mAh with support for 33W wired fast charging and 27W reverse charging. It also features a quad-speaker audio system with Dolby Atmos, accompanied by a 3,5mm audio jack. Both front and rear cameras are 8MP.

Optional accessories include the Floating Keyboard for (about €184) and the Focus Pen for (about €91) for the Pad X1, while a basic keyboard for (about €91) and a cheaper pen for (about €63) are available for the Pad M1.

The base model with 12″ wouldn't be bad, but the ufs 2.2 memory is slow these days, so it's better to opt for the X1 if you can afford it. But the keyboard? €184 seems like a huge price to add a BT keyboard to the pad 😔
