A while back, I reviewed a pair of OneOdio headphones that absolutely blew me away. I was truly impressed by the build quality and sound, so recently, when OneOdio launched the new Focus A6, I jumped at the chance to see if the same build quality and sound were up to par. These are more consumer-oriented headphones than DJ headphones, which is a big bonus for the wallet, but I can tell you they offer no loss of audio quality and top-notch specs. Read on to find out how they perform!
The OneOdio Focus A6 come in an elegant retail package, but to access the contents, you'll need to slide back the cover featuring a product image and specifications. Inside, you'll find a black cardboard sleeve containing the headphones, the USB charging cable (which, as I mentioned, serves only this purpose), and the instruction manual. The Focus A6 are available in two colors, black or white, both beautiful and elegant.

Before taking a closer look, the OneOdio Focus A6 are headphones with multiple audio modes, including transparency, ANC, and two dedicated wind resistance modes. These over-ear headphones feature a distinctive contour, which not only contributes to their premium look but also makes them less bulky than traditional products, making them a real pleasure to wear, even for those who wear glasses. Their weight also contributes to their comfort, weighing in at around 240 grams. The headband is well-constructed and stays in place without slipping or shifting. A silver band at the top contributes to the product's lightness, while the rest of the construction is made of high-strength polycarbonate. Circular plates with the company logo are inserted into the outer shells of the drivers, giving them a vinyl-like appearance, underscoring the musical vocation of these headphones.

The earcups, as well as the inside of the headband, are covered in vegan leather, which is very pleasant to the touch and does not cause irritation, even after prolonged use. The earcups are made of soft, memory foam-like material. The letters L and R are engraved inside the drivers to identify the correct wearing direction. The left driver only houses an auxiliary microphone for ANC, while all the controls, physical and non-touch, are located on the right earcup. The first button controls the ANC level and allows you to toggle between full noise cancellation, pass-through, wind reduction mode, and off. The second controls the power on and off and allows you to invoke your smartphone/tablet's voice assistant. The third set controls the volume and also allows you to skip tracks with a long click. We also have the Type-C input for charging, a small status LED, and additional microphones for ANC and ENC management for calls.

These headphones can be folded for easy portability, and their driver cups rotate 45 degrees vertically and 90 degrees horizontally. Speaking of battery life, without ANC, the OneOdio Focus A6 can last up to 75 hours on a single charge, allowing you to listen to music, podcasts, and multimedia for days, if not weeks. With ANC enabled, battery life drops to 40 hours, but you can get up to 10 more hours of use with just 10 minutes of quick charging.

Oneodio's latest headphones are seriously comfortable. They fit snugly in your ears without putting pressure on them, providing comfort even for those who wear glasses. The headphones stay in place even when you shake your head or dance to some fast-paced music. Despite this, the headphones never feel too tight, and I was able to wear them comfortably for hours on end. The Focus A6's ANC mode is incredible, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in songs and podcasts. It blocks out most noise, and what it can't block is extremely muffled. The wind noise reduction mode perfectly blocks out white noise like air conditioners—in short, there's something for everyone. You'll be amazed at the difference when switching between ANC, transparency, and other modes.

The OneOdio companion app is also available, free to download and allowing you to customize your listening experience with multiple equalizer modes, audio presets, or even create your own custom equalizer curve. You can, of course, manage the ANC modes, but most importantly, update the firmware—something not so obvious—as well as take advantage of the spatial sound mode, ideal for films with special effects.

The audio produced by the OneOdio Focus A6 is incredibly crisp and clear, and you'll be able to hear every nuance of individual musical instruments, with perfect balance across every range without sacrificing clarity in other sound fields, such as bass-heavy sounds. Furthermore, latency is almost zero (65ms), thanks to Bluetooth 6.0, which also offers LDAC codecs and multipoint connectivity. What I really liked is that we can use the Type-C cable for charging as if it were an AUX cable, taking advantage of smart features like ANC without using the battery. Above all, this allows these headphones to be used on modern smartphones that have long since abandoned the traditional jack.
By the time you get to the conclusion, you've probably got the idea that these OneOdio Focus A6s cost a fortune, but in reality, they don't. In fact, with the coupon 15EIAFULLA, redeemable both on the official website and on Amazon, you can get this product for around 60 euros or a little more and for that price, you have a concentration of technology that would make the tech giants envious. Excellent from every point of view: I'm wondering, how did I ever live without it until now?
