
Realme, the well-known Chinese smartphone brand, today launched its latest budget model, the Realme C63, which had already gotten noticed thanks to the Indian BIS certifications and GeekBench benchmarks. This device is now available in the Indonesian market, bringing with it a number of interesting features at an affordable price.

The new device from the Chinese brand is an entry-level smartphone that boasts a large IPS LCD display from 6,74 in with HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate and a peak brightness of up to 450 nits. Inside, the device is powered by UNISOC T612 chip, combined with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory, expandable up to 2TB via the microSD card slot.
As for the photographic sector, we find one main camera from 50 megapixel and a depth sensor on the back, while the front houses a 8 megapixel selfie camera. Other notable features include pre-installed Android 13 operating system, Dual SIM, 3,5mm headphone jack, side fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C. The smartphone is also IP54 certified, has the 360° NFC function and the Dynamic Button function.

The Realme C63 has been launched in two color variants, the Leather Blue and Jade Green. The starting price is 1999000 IDR (approximately 113 euros) for the 6GB + 128GB model, and IDR 2.299.000 (around 130 euros) for the 8GB + 128GB model. This budget phone will be available for sale in Indonesia and Malaysia starting June 5, 2024.
Hence the Realme C63 positions itself as a strong contender in the budget smartphone segment, promising to offer a satisfying user experience and cutting-edge features at an affordable price. We just have to find out if the smartphone will also be launched in our market.
