
redmagic has officially launched the tablet 3 pro, a device designed for gaming that abandons LCD technology in favor of a 9,06-inch OLED display with 165Hz refresh rate. The tablet will be available in China starting at midnight, while the global launch is scheduled for July 1st, under the name Red Magic Astra.

The OLED display offers a peak brightness of 1.600 nits, while full-screen brightness reaches 1.100 nits, ensuring optimal visibility even in bright environments. 5.280Hz PWM technology helps reduce eye fatigue, improving the gaming experience for extended sessions.
Under the hood, the Tablet 3 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, combined with 12GB, 16GB or 24GB of LPDDR5T RAM and 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of UFS 4.1 Pro storage. The device also integrates the chip RedCore R3 Pro, which improves game graphics up to 2K at 120fps, ensuring superior visual quality.

Il ICE-X cooling system is visible through the rear glass panel, showing off the RGB fan, vapor chamber, and liquid metal. According to RedMagic, the fan reduces the chipset temperature by up to 8°C, improving performance during intense gaming.
La battery 8.200mAh promises up to 5,5 hours of continuous gameplay, with support for quick charge to 80W, which allows you to reach 50% charge in just 20 minutes. The USB 3.2 Gen 2 port It is positioned on the top side, avoiding clutter during gaming, and supports video output up to 8K at 60Hz, while at 4K it allows refresh rates up to 144Hz.

The tablet is built with aerospace aluminum, with 4,9mm thin bezels, ensuring an elegant and robust design. The version available at launch is Dawn Black Transparent, while in the future it will also arrive Silverwing Transparent.

RedMagic also presented dedicated accessories, including the Shadow Blade Gamepad 3, with Hall-effect joystick, linear motor and 6-axis gyroscope, compatible with Nintendo Switch and tablets under 9 inches, sold at 600 Yuan (about 75 euros).
The IceBlade Magnetic Keyboard, made of CNC aluminum alloy, offers a polling rate of 8.000Hz, with a response time of 0,1ms, and is available for 1.000 Yuan (about 130 euros).
