The Redmi 13 maintains a similar design to the Redmi 12, and the two devices are expected to be largely identical. As for the processor, the Redmi 13 is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 processor, also known as MT6768. However, the use of the brand new cannot be ruled out Helio G91 launched by MediaTek for 2024. Regardless of which chip you choose, both the G91 and G88 are nearly identical and offer no significant improvements. As a result, the performance of the Redmi 13 is expected to be very similar to that of the Redmi 12.

In addition to the processor, the Redmi 13 offers few improvements compared to the Redmi 12 in terms of display, camera and fast charging, in fact we find a 6,79-inch screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 33W fast charging. However, it has emerged that the smartphone will feature a new photo sensor from 108 SM, unlike the 50MP camera on the Redmi 12. This sensor is expected to take good quality photos in well-lit environments, but you shouldn't expect much from night photos.

The Redmi 13 should arrive in two variants: one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory and the other with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is expected that the basic variant has a price of €199, while the more advanced model of the Redmi 13 should be offered at 229€. We currently have no further information.
