Xiaomi has launched the new Redmi 13 4G in Europe, (already announced previously) bringing significant improvements over its predecessor, the Redmi 12. With a familiar yet upgraded design, the device offers enhanced performance, an improved camera and greater autonomy. Here are all the details on the new features introduced by the smartphone which, however, is not yet available in Italy.

The new Redmi 13 4G from Xiaomi stands out for its elegant and functional design. The dual rear camera consists of a large main sensor 108 megapixel, flanked by a depth sensor from 2 megapixel. This configuration represents a significant step forward compared to the previous model, which had a main camera from 50 megapixel. Although it lacks an ultra-wide-angle lens, photo quality is significantly improved. The front selfie camera has also been updated, moving to 13 megapixel for even sharper shots.
Under the body of the Redmi 13 4G we find the powerful chipset MediaTek Helio G91 but in the Ultra version, supported by a maximum of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. This ensures smooth performance and efficient handling of the most demanding applications. The battery gives 5.030mAh, slightly larger than in the past, ensures long life and supports the quick charge to 33W, allowing you to quickly charge your device. The operating system at launch is Android 14, customized with Xiaomi's HyperOS interface, offering an optimized and feature-rich user experience.
Display and design
The display of the Redmi 13 4G measures 6,79 inches with resolution Full HD + and an update rate a 90Hz, which guarantees smooth, high-quality images. The design resumes the lines of the previous model, with two photographic sensors protruding on the back and a certificazione IP53 which offers basic protection against water and dust.
