Une réponse en deux parties:
1. start the phone in Download mode (turn off the phone, turn it on by holding down the volume + key and the power key, when the logo appears, release me ONLY the power button, press the bottom left button "download")
2. connect the phone to the pc
3. from your PC: go to Control Panel> Device Manager
4. look for where he put the phone…. in my case Other devices> QHSUSB_BULK
5. right click on QHSUSB_BULK> driver software update> search for driver software on your computer> manually choose ……> C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Xiaomi \ MiPhone \ Qualcomm \ Driver \ serial (or where you have installed MiFlash)
6. restart pc

Step 2: Unlocking the bootloader
Source: http://en.miui.com/thread-202290-1-1.html

1) Do the procedure and to continue the next step you must have already received sms

2) Extract the MiUnlock zip into a folder and start the MiUnlock program

3) Log in with your account, to which you sent the sms (which must be the same as you used to login on your phone to the previous step)

4) Put the phone in fastboot mode (turn off the phone, turn it on by pressing the power button and volume +, release the ignition key when the logo I appears, after pressing the menu, press fastboot)

5) Connect the phone to the PC

6) On the MiUnlock program, press the unlock key and wait until the operation completes

7) Restart the phone

At this point, we will have the bootloader unlocked.

If the phone, after restarting it, reboots itself once and it takes a long time to start with a load bar under the logo Mi, do not worry, all in the standard.

Once the phone is on, copy the Xiaomi.eu [ido] Rom you downloaded earlier to the external SD, so as soon as we install the TWRP we will be ready for the recovery flash operation.

If you are having a mouse problem, do the following checks
Source: http://en.miui.com/thread-223915-1-1.html

  • install the latest Chinese developer ROM (developer). Someone should first install the stable Chinese version (and of course do all the wipe)
  • Be sure that the phone is logged in to the same account from which you received the SMS (check from PC by logging in to https://i.mi.com/ and check if the phone is seen and found)
  • Keep only the phone connected to the PC, if necessary try another one and / or change port
  • Put the phone into development mode and enable USB and OEM unlock and FASTBOOT mode debugging
  • Use the latest version of MiUnlock in English: http://en.miui.com/thread-221493-1-1.html
  • Turn off and start in FB mode, check drivers (from Windows Device Manager), log on with the tool to the same account
  • If none of these remedies work again within a week.

Une réponse en deux parties: Flash of custom recovery TWRP
Source: http://en.miui.com/thread-244098-1-1.html

We now have the phone switched on and with bootloader unlocked.

Verify that debug usb and fastboot mode, in the developer options, are enabled; if not, enable them.

For this operation it is absolutely necessary that you have the ADB drivers installed; if not, you can refer to this guide:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=48915118#post48915118

now let's see how to install twrp:

1) Open the folder where we installed the driversadb, should contain (for example) the file adb.exe; in this folder we hold down the Shift key and right click on it and select the option "Open command window here"

2) For convenience, we extract the contents of the recovered zip file that we previously downloaded (cofface_recovery_ido_twrp.img) and rename it to twrp.img for convenience

3) Let's connect the phone on, with debug usb enabled and (always in developer options) we also enable "Fastoboot mode"

4) Type the "adb devices" command from the command window: if the phone is properly connected and the drivers are installed correctly, we will receive a response like:

List of devices attached
Afas8dsfgkhds7 device

5) Type the command "adb reboot bootloader"And the phone will be restarted in fastboot

6) Type the command "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img"We will see that in a few seconds the recovery flash will be performed and an" OK "will appear for the outcome of the operation

7) Type the command "fastboot boot twrp.img"To start the phone in TWRP mode; this step is crucial, otherwise your phone, if manually restarted in recovery, will continue to give you the original recovery

8) Just starting the TWRP, it will start a script that will make it permanent so you do not create any problems

If the twrp is in Japanese (idioms) press on the button in the picture:
tw.jpg
then top right on the blue icon in the shape of the world and then select the desired language
tw2.jpg

Step 4: Flash of the Multi Rom [ido] Xiaomi.eu

1) With twrp, make a wipe (as if it was reset to factory settings)
2) Press Install
3) Select the external memory
4) Select the zip you copied on the external SD (rom Xiaomi.eu or Miui.it)
5) Confirm the flash
6) At the end of the flash you will be asked if you want to install superSu, install it at your discretion.
7) Your phone will restart after a while with your xiaomi.eu rom.

You have completed the procedure to install your xiaomi.eu rom on your fantastic 3 pro, a good day for all fans of MiTiKotec
