A couple of days ago Xiaomi presented the new one redmi 9 which will go on sale tomorrow in Spain, June 15, 2020. The low-end smartphone comes with a MediaTek Helio G80 as a processor and is accompanied by 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of internal storage. Well, apparently the Chinese brand would also be ready to launch a version of the device with even more RAM and internal memory.
Redmi 9 caught on TENAA, the Chinese version will have more RAM and storage
This variant of the Redmi 9 would have been caught on the Chinese TENAA certification site. On the certificate we can see some specifications such as the amount of memory, which in this case would reach 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. So let's talk about important dimensions if we consider that it is still an entry level smartphone.
The certificate also confirms some other specifications that we have already known since last Wednesday. These specifications include a 6,53-inch diagonal LCD display with FullHD + resolution. Also on the display there is also a notch in which an 8 MP front camera is embedded. While on the back of the smartphone we have a four-camera configuration that includes a 13MP main sensor, an 8MP secondary sensor with ultra wide angle lens, a 5MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. Under the four cameras we then find a sensor fingerprint.
The Redmi 9 is powered by a 5020 mAh battery that is charged through a USB Type-C port with a maximum power of 18 W. Even if the charger supplied comes with a power of 10W, then you will have to buy a charger separately if you want to get a faster charge.
Finally, as regards the size, the smartphone measures 163.32 × 77.01 × 9.10 mm and has a total weight of 198 grams.
We remind you that the Redmi 9 can already be found for sale from China in the Global version. Find the offers below.
