According to the latest rumors, the Redmi K Pad will be equipped with a 8,8-inch IPS LCD display with 3K resolution (2880 x 1800 pixels), 165Hz refresh rate and 16:10 aspect ratio, making it perfect for gaming and multimedia content. The panel will support a brightness of up to 700 nits and a touch sampling rate of 372Hz, offering a quick and fluid response even in the most intense sessions.

The heart of the tablet will be the new MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, the same one that powers the Redmi K80 Ultra, flanked by up to 16GB RAM and 1TB UFS storage. The device has already appeared on Geekbench with Android 15 and HyperOS 2.0 interface, confirming Redmi's intention to position it in the high-end of the market.

Despite its top-of-the-range specifications, the Redmi K Pad will maintain a compact and lightweight design: just 6,4 mm thick and weighing 326 grams. It will be available in three colors: Smoky Purple, Spruce Green and Deep Black, with a minimalist aesthetic but with attention to detail.

Other expected features include dual stereo speakers, two USB-C (3.0) ports, dual X-axis linear motors for more immersive haptic feedback, and Wi-Fi 6. The tablet will be available in several configurations: 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 512GB, 16GB + 1TB.

The expected price for the Chinese market is around 4000 yuan (about 520 euros).
